British Reporting More Objective American News?

Why do we have to go to Britian to see this reported?  It seems like if we had an actual media and not an arm of a political party then we might hear about this over here.

Democratic Anger Goes Public In Prime Time

Are we that stupid as a country as to not ask about this? 

You won't see this in an American newspaper, why not?:
